    The Edge GS 1x20 is designed to be used as Night Vision Goggles but the device can also be mounted on a Head Mount, which is included in the box. The Edge GS 1X20 Night Vision Goggles are equipped with an energy conserving IR illuminator with adjustable power. IR power adjustment wheel and other control elements are located on top of the device for easy access. At the core of the Edge GS 1x20 NV Goggles is a unique combination of specially designed optics, CF-Super Image Intensifier Tube and a wide angle five-lens eyepiece, which provides lack of distortion and the highest edge to edge resolution performance.

    The Edge GS 1x20 NV Goggles have enhanced service durability. The housing is sealed, allowing the device to be used in harsh conditions such as in the rain or a dusty environment. The device has an image intensifier tube protection system; once the luminance threshold level is exceeded, current feed to the tube is automatically reduced or fully ceased so as to protect the unit for light damage.

    The unit is suitable for a huge variety of purposes, including protection of industrial facilities & private property, patrolling, search & rescue, military, sports, nocturnal walks & bicycle rides, night orienteering and more.

    • The Edge night vision devices are equipped with various built-in IR illuminators. The Edge GS 1x20 NV Goggles are equipped with an energy-conserving, wide-angled IR illuminator. The IR’s versatility is also useful for map reading and close-quarter illumination in extreme low light conditions. The Edge 3.5x50L features a powerful IR illuminator, perfect for use in low light at greater distances. Edge binoculars & Goggles are also equipped with gradual IR illuminator power adjustability

    Edge GS Tube Protection

    • The Edge GS features an image intensifier tube protection system. Once a luminance threshold is exceeded, current feed to the tube is automatically reduced or ceased, resulting in optimum tube performance.
    Head Mount
    • The Pulsar Compact Head Mount, included with Edge GS 1x20 Night Vision Goggles, offers hands-free night vision viewing. The Compact Head Mount positions the Edge perfectly in front your eyes and provides amazing stability, even during rapid movement such as walking, running and other abrupt movements, while an ergonomic design keeps the suspension-point close for reduced load on the neck and overall fatigue. 

    Body
    • The Edge’s rugged metal and carbon-filled composite body protects fragile internal components against moisture, dust and impacts, even in extreme environments.

    Eyepiece

    • The Edge night vision binoculars & goggles include 5-lens eyepieces designed to increase image sharpness and contrast, and minimise distortion throughout the field of view.

    Controls

    Shipping is entirely FREE with any purchase valued over $99, to anywhere across Australia. This includes freight insurance and free tracking. For orders under $99, there is a $14.99 flat rate delivery fee. At this time, we do not ship orders internationally.

    Do you deliver to remote locations?

    No matter where you live in Australia, Oz Explorers will make sure your order gets to you. We partner with Australia Post and leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

    How long will it take to dispatch my item?

    We partner with suppliers of quality brands across the country. Since Covid19, we have arranged to have some products dispatched from our suppliers warehouses to avoid any potential delays. Dispatch times may vary slightly, depending which warehouse stocks your item. If the item is in stock and we have processed your card, items typically leave within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

    How will I know my item has been shipped?

    When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your purchase from warehouse to your door.

      Do I need to be home when my purchase arrives?

      • Your returned item must be sent with tracking and insurance, with the cost borne by the customer.
      • If the product is returned due to being defective or faulty, approved warranty claims will have shipping fully reimbursed.
      • If an item(s) are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use or miss handling then it will not be accepted and no refund will be given and will be returned to the customer at their cost.
